What prompted you to start looking for a home care agency? My mother needed help with daily activities.

Why did you choose Assured Quality Homecare? ASQ was highly recommended to us by staff at an aftercare agency after my mother's stay in a nursing home.

What has been your overall experience with the services provided to you by ASQ? ASQ has been flexible and attentive to the questions and concerns my family has had about my mother's home care. My mother has been very happy with her caregivers, who have been well-trained, considerate, and so nice to her.

What prompted you to start looking for a home care agency? My father-in-law was in need of home care services.

Why did you choose Assured Quality Homecare? ASQ was referred to me by my father's healthcare team.

What has been your overall experience with the services provided to you by ASQ? We found Assured Quality Homecare (ASQ) through the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Although we were not able to continue coverage with the VA, we opted to stay with ASQ and self-pay. ASQ has been consistent and professional. They are very caring, and we never have to worry if they will show up. 

What one word would you use to describe what ASQ has done for you? Comfort. ASQ has given us comfort, knowing that our loved ones are taken care of while we are at work.

What prompted you to start looking for a home care agency? My mother, who had lung cancer, was longer able to look after herself.

After speaking to representatives of all the agencies in the area (at least those who answered their phones!), I was most impressed with what they told me about their philosophy of care, methods, and people. They were head and shoulders above the rest.

What has been your overall experience with the services provided to you by ASQ? Brilliant! We were all so happy with the care they proved to my mother. The hospice nurse said it prolonged my mother's life by six months!

What one word would you use to describe what ASQ has done for you? Peace-of-mind.

What prompted you to start looking for a home care agency? We had an immediate need in order to be discharged from the hospital. We required close supervision as my husband was recovering from a stroke.

Why did you choose Assured Quality Homecare? We were referred to ASQ from a Geriatric Care Manager and a close friend who works with elderly patients.

What prompted you to start looking for a home care agency? My husband was chair bound. I was going to have surgery soon and needed to find someone to care for him while I recovered.
