What has been your overall experience with the services provided to you by ASQ? I have been looking for quality home care for my disabled son for quite some time. I have been through a number of different companies before Assured Quality was highly recommended by a few healthcare professionals. I gave them a call and interviewed them. We met with the owner of the company. She is such a caring person who truly has a passion for their clients to get the proper care they deserve, by quality, trained professionals. They have not disappointed. I trust my son’s caretaker 100%. She is so caring, compassionate and patient with him. I finally have the peace of mind to be able to leave for the day and actually be able to enjoy my day without worry. If you are in the market for a caregiver, give them a call, they will not disappoint.

What prompted you to start looking for a home care agency? When my dad returned home from a hospital stay on Hospice care we realized he was no longer able to care for my mom. After living with them for 3 months a family decision was made to get help, first as short term weekday care and then full time live in care.

When you weren’t using homecare, how did you solve this problem? My husband and I moved in for the week days and my sister would take the weekends.

Why did you choose Assured Quality Homecare? They seemed to be compassionate and caring, wanting the best care for my mom.

If you couldn’t use our home care services anymore, what would you miss most? The care they are providing gives us our lives back.

What prompted you to start looking for a home care agency? My mom had a week-long stay in the hospital, followed by a week-long stay in rehab.  My sister and I were worried that she hadn't recovered all of her strength and thought she could use some extra help.

Why did you choose Assured Quality Homecare? ASQ was one of several places recommended by my mother's senior living complex because of the positive experiences of other residents.  I thought their website and information was extremely professional and helpful, so I called them first.

What has been your overall experience with the services provided to you by ASQ? The initial nursing evaluation was prompt and very helpful.  The nurse shared some breathing exercises that my mom has been using.  Having an ASQ aide has provided peace of mind for my sister and I.  My mom is very independent and does not like help, but her caregiver had just the right approach, and my mom is thrilled to have her around. My mom is busy planning activities for them to do!  Her strength is improving every day, and she is doing her breathing exercises too.

What prompted you to start looking for a home care agency? My husband was released from the hospital to a rehab center at the start of the COVID-19 lockdown. He was not allowed visitors and was not doing well, and I felt home care was the answer to his improvement.

What has been your overall experience with the services provided to you by ASQ? It's hard to put it down in a few words. I was unable to do hardly anything for myself when I started services with ASQ. They took care of me and all the services they provided helped me get back on my feet. 

What one word would you use to describe what ASQ has done for you?  I would say that I am well cared for. I am so much better than I was.
