Do You Have What It Takes?

  • Current, Valid Nursing License in Connecticut
  • 5 Years Experience Working as a RN or LPN
  • 3+ Years in Rehab/Long Term Care or Assisted Living
  • Current CPR Certification
  • Valid Driver’s License and a Vehicle

What Motivates Us?

When Sam shared with me her vision to change the homecare industry, I knew I had met a kindred soul. As a hospice nurse, Sam had worked alongside unqualified, untrained PCAs and CNAs for too long. Maybe you’ve had a similar experience?

Sam has a huge heart and she knew her patients deserved better care. 

But she also knew that caregivers deserved better from their employers — better training, better working conditions, and a better homecare agency. So we worked together to develop our own PCA Certification Training Program for Assured Quality Homecare (ASQ). 
Our mission was to have our PCAs become the “gold standard” of the industry. And we are accomplishing our mission! ASQ has earned many awards and 5-star reviews — we are truly blessed.

But I knew we had a big gap in our services: We needed private duty nurses!
Why? Because, as we all know, there are many homecare services only a nurse can do. 
I’ve trained and supervised nurses for over 30 years — at both large hospitals like Mass General in Boston and specialty practices like Shoreline Allergy and Asthma Associates in Mystic. I’ve spent three decades helping nurses gain new skills, learn new treatments, and train with cutting edge approaches.
