One of the strengths of NursePower is their ownership. They are spontaneous — if there are any concerns, I can call them on a dime and they answer their phones…customer service is their #1 goal.

Meet Caleb and Kelley...
As your primary points of contact at NursePower, you are going to work with Caleb and Kelley.
Caleb Roseme is a mechanical engineer who worked for many years at Electric Boat in quality assurance, auditing vendors to determine if materials met the quality standards for the U.S. nuclear submarines they were building.
Needless to say, Caleb came to understand the importance of quality when building something. In fact, he’s spent the last six years using his engineering and quality assurance skills to build Connecticut’s Worlds Greatest™ homecare agency, Assured Quality Homecare, led by his wife Sam.
Using that experience, Caleb has built a world class, locally operated, nurse staffing agency that has staffed nearly 5,000 hours of service in just their first year and a half of operation — with only 3 nurse call outs!
Supporting Caleb, is Kelley Roy, a registered nurse who owned and operated New Hampshire's largest nurse staffing agency for 15 years and has trained and supervised nurses for over 40 years — at both large hospitals like Mass General in Boston and specialty practices like Shoreline Allergy and Asthma Associates in Connecticut.
She has spent nearly four decades helping nurses gain new skills, learn new treatments, and train with cutting edge approaches. Since 2016, she has worked closely with Caleb and Sam, helping to build their award winning homecare agency.
Together, they will help you meet your staffing needs by providing you with local and reliable nurses who bring stability to your facility and staff.
