Meet Caleb and Sam...
As your primary points of contact at NursePower, you are going to work with Caleb and Sam.
Caleb Roseme is a mechanical engineer who worked for many years at Electric Boat in quality assurance, auditing vendors to determine if materials met the quality standards for the U.S. nuclear submarines they were building.
Needless to say, Caleb came to understand the importance of quality when building something. In fact, he’s spent the last six years using his engineering and quality assurance skills to build Connecticut’s Worlds Greatest™ homecare agency, Assured Quality Homecare, led by his wife Sam.
Using that experience, Caleb has built a world class, locally operated, nurse staffing agency that has staffed nearly 5,000 hours of service in just their first year and a half of operation — with only 3 nurse call outs!
Supporting Caleb, is Samanta Roseme, a registered nurse who worked in hospice with elderly patients for years before before she decided to build her own award-winning homecare agency in Connecticut. Every day, she saw homecare aides who were untrained and unqualified caring for her patients and in her vision to improve the quality of care for the elderly community - Assured Quality Homecare was born!
Together they went on to create a brand new Personal Care Aide Certification Training Program with the help of Kelly Roy, RN, and Annette Dolan, LPN, and they put their team members through this intensive, 40-hour, skills-based training program.
But with a vision to be the Gold Standard in homecare by aligning the needs of their clients with their highly trained and compassionate caregivers, ASQ’s leadership team, Sam, and Caleb knew they needed to add private duty nursing.
Together, they will help you meet your staffing needs by providing you with local and reliable nurses who bring stability to your facility and staff.
