How Our Memory Care Program Works
The Healthy Mind Program is powered by the SAIDO® Learning Method, a research-backed approach proven to help slow cognitive decline. Our trained Care Professionals guide your loved one through engaging mental exercises that stimulate the brain and promote daily cognitive activity. To become qualified SAIDO supporters, care professionals are required to complete 16 hours of specialized training in the SAIDO learning method.
Each Session Includes:
- Simple arithmetic exercises
- Writing and word association activities
- Reading for cognitive engagement and memory recall
Sessions are conducted five times per week, each lasting just 30 minutes, making them a manageable yet impactful part of your loved one’s routine.
