Our Story

Our story begins with our CEO, Samanta (Sam) Roseme. As a registered nurse working with hospice patients, she became deeply troubled by the lack of standards in the home care industry. She watched inexperienced and untrained caregivers again and again fail their clients by providing inadequate home care. She knew this wasn’t right and she knew she had to change it.

In 2016, she founded Assured Quality Homecare alongside her husband, Caleb. Together, they created an award-winning training program for home care providers and an award-winning homecare agency in CT and RI that has set a new standard for quality home care in the region.

Since 2016, Assured Quality Homecare has been on the cutting edge of the industry, winning every major homecare award multiple times and has been featured on The World’s Greatest… television show as the “World’s Greatest Homecare Agency.” Most recently, Assured Quality Homecare partnered with SAIDO to offer a revolutionary approach to memory care in CT and RI that helps clients retain and regain memory so they can more fully engage with their loved ones.
