Our mission is to improve our client’s quality of life, while safeguarding their dignity, and promoting their independence. We accomplish this by hiring the best caregivers and ensuring that all our staff are well treated, trained, and certified to provide care for their clients. We treat our staff members like family and pay a competitive, livable wage. We offer ongoing training and support so that they can enjoy the satisfaction of knowing they are truly making a difference in the life of another person.
All of our caregivers must pass a rigorous screening and comprehensive background check, driving test, drug test, and physical test. Additionally, we do an extensive personal interview to ensure that the individual will fit well with our team and share our values of compassion and dignity for our clients. We offer training and certification for individuals who we meet who have the necessary personality for the job but lack the skills or has been a PCA for many years without any formal training to ensure that every caregiver has a minimum certification of Personal care Aide. Please see the video below for more information.
Included in our services is an assigned field supervisor that will visit and carefully monitor each client to ensure that our caregivers have the support they need to provide the best possible care. Field supervisors also give family members the opportunity to communicate any concerns they may feel uncomfortable discussing with the caregiver.
